These terms govern your use of Sylvo — the website at usesylvo.com and the analysis it produces (together, "Sylvo", "we", "us"). By using Sylvo you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Sylvo.
Sylvo is a crypto market analysis tool. It reads price charts and market data and publishes a written analysis: the market's situation, the levels that matter, where the evidence leans and what would change the picture. Features, limits and the service itself may change over time.
Probabilities, leans and levels in a read describe the evidence at the moment the read was made. They are not promises of any outcome.
You must be at least 18 years old, and able to form a binding agreement where you live. You are responsible for making sure that using Sylvo, and trading crypto assets, is legal for you.
You can sign in with Google, or with your email and a password (confirmed by a code we email you). Keep your password, email and Google account secure — anyone who controls them can sign in as you. Tell us at usesylvo@gmail.com if you think your account has been misused. One person, one account.
Please don't:
We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk.
You keep ownership of screenshots you upload. You give us permission to store and process them only to produce your read and run the service. See the Privacy Policy for how long we keep them.
Sylvo — the software, design, brand and the analysis it generates — belongs to us. You may read, save and share your own reads for personal use, including through share links. Please credit Sylvo when you share a read publicly.
Reads are built from third-party market data (exchanges and public market sources). That data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and markets can move sharply between a read being made and you seeing it. Always check live prices before acting on anything.
Sylvo has a free plan and paid plans. A plan's price, daily limit and length are shown before you pay, and you are never charged without choosing a plan yourself. Paid plans are one-off payments in USDT for a fixed period (for example 30 days) and do not renew automatically; paying again before a plan ends adds the new period to the days you have left. Because payments are made on a blockchain, we cannot reverse them ourselves. If a payment went wrong — the wrong amount, the wrong network, or your plan did not unlock — email usesylvo@gmail.com with the transaction ID and we will sort it out.
We work to keep Sylvo running and your data safe, but we can't promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. We may change, add or remove features, and we may update these terms. If we make a significant change we will update the date above and, where reasonable, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Sylvo means you accept the updated terms.
Sylvo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Sylvo and the people behind it are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Sylvo or reliance on its analysis. Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using Sylvo at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing usesylvo@gmail.com. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms.
If something goes wrong, please email us first at usesylvo@gmail.com — most problems can be fixed quickly and directly. Nothing in these terms takes away the consumer rights you have under the laws of the country you live in.
