Sui (SUI) price analysis — daily chart

Sui (SUI) is at 0.8904 on the 1D chart. SUI is in a downtrend that is still pressing lower. The structure is still down: lower highs and lower lows, and the last lower high at 1.142 has not been taken back.

Downtrend, bouncing — a double top just broke to the downside

Where SUI is

A downtrend still pressing lower.

SUI is in a downtrend that is still pressing lower. The structure is still down: lower highs and lower lows, and the last lower high at 1.142 has not been taken back.

The weekly picture: a weekly downtrend, 83% under the cycle high; on the daily, price is above the 200-day (0.8652), and the 50-day is above the 200-day. The daily trend runs with the weekly.

A double top just broke to the downside — and price has already reached its 0.9015 measured move; it is cancelled on a move above 1.3068.

SUI rose 14% to 1.1419 on the daily chart, then gave it all back, dropping 28% to 0.8272, and has since won back a little of that pullback. It is now pinned in a tight 0.8867–0.9045 band, pressing on the floor.

The daily structure is a downtrend — lower highs and lower lows, and price broke the 0.9975 swing low 2 weeks ago and has stayed under it. The drop has not bounced enough to set a new lower high — the last one is far above, at 1.1419. Price is just above the 0.618 retracement of the last up-move, at 0.8856 — a common place for a pullback to stop.

Double top — neckline broken at 1.307. . What confirms it: the neckline break holding. A close above 1.307 cancels it.

Bounce in a downtrend.

Who's behind the move

The rest of the chart backs the downtrend. ADX is 25, a real trend, with sellers ahead (+DI 14, −DI 28). Price is under the average price paid since the swing low (anchored VWAP 0.9089), so the buyers since that low are under water. Price is under every average that matters: the Ichimoku cloud and the 200 EMA (the 20 under the 50).

What doesn't fit: Hidden bullish divergence on MACD: the dip pushed momentum below its last low without taking price there — the dip found no real selling. Volume flow backs it — more volume has traded on up candles than down (CMF +0.08). These are the cracks in an otherwise intact downtrend.

The rest of the chart points the same way. RSI is 40: sellers have had the stronger closes. MACD is below its signal line, so the latest swing has downward momentum of its own. Everyone who bought since the last top is still losing (average since the swing high 1.052).

A high-volume price that price has not revisited (a naked POC) sits below at 0.8031; and another above at 2.48; value is migrating up (+21.5%) — the prices where most volume trades are moving higher; price is spending time inside value — the market is accepting these prices.

The levels on the chart

0.9045 is the line it has to clear.

0.9045 is the ceiling, and it is contested: it held 8 of 15 visits, on 2.8× the usual volume. It is also the anchored VWAP from the swing low and the monthly open.

0.9214, a 0.618 retracement 3.5% above price: sellers turned price there on 8 of 12 visits, on 3.2× the usual volume; it lines up with the anchored VWAP from the swing low.

0.9089, the prior day high 2.1% above price: sellers turned price there on 8 of 13 visits, on 2.9× the usual volume; it lines up with the anchored VWAP from the swing low.

The long-term lines: the 200-day average at 0.8652 (−2.8%), the 50-day average at 1.004 (+12.8%), the yearly open at 1.405 (+57.7%), the quarterly open at 1.164 (+30.7%) and last year's range 0.5610–5.368.

0.8867, the 2-TF support 0.4% below price: buyers turned price there on 12 of 14 visits, on 2.2× the usual volume; it lines up with the 0.618 of the chart's whole range.

The last swing high at 0.9680, not yet taken — the kind of spot where stop orders usually sit just above.

The last swing low at 0.6726, not yet taken — stops sit just below.

0.9045 is the level on the most timeframes — 2 timeframes (4H/1H), 4 touches; resting liquidity sits at the same price.

Measured on the running drop from 1.142 to 0.8272, price has given back 20% of it — a shallow bounce. The golden pocket, 1.022–1.032, is where the 0.618 retracement of that drop sits. Its extensions mark 0.7416 (1.272) and 0.6327 (1.618) below.

0.9846 is where two separate tools meet: the 0.5 Fibonacci level of the last swing and a resistance.

0.7090–0.7414 is a fresh demand zone: price fell into it, paused, then rallied hard (3.3 average candles in one move); price has not been back since.

A bearish breaker block at 0.9337–1.038: an old order block that price has since broken through.

The nearest round numbers: 0.9000 above and 0.8000 below.

Pattern on the chart: double top (confirmed), measured move 0.9015, fails past 1.307.

What to watch

A 1D close past 0.9045 or 0.8867 changes the picture.

Downtrend — lower highs and lower lows; it holds while price stays under 1.142.

A 1D close above 0.9045 breaks the box's ceiling, though the downtrend's last lower high still sits above; no tested level above it on this chart.

A 1D close below 0.8856 loses the floor inside a downtrend — a new low in the trend's direction; no tested level below it on this chart.

How to use it

Wait for a 1D close above 0.9045 or below 0.8867.

Since the last read: still in a downtrend, unchanged since earlier today, still inside last read's 0.7811–0.9846 range.
